WHAT IS A CONTRACT?

A contract is an agreement between the designer and client. It clearly outlines expectations, project scope, timelines, payment schedule and terms and conditions.

This template acts as a safety net protecting both the designer, and also the client.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

This contract template is A4 size (perfect for clients to print out physical copies if they need) and compatible for Adobe Indesign (Versions CS4, CS5, CS6 and CC) and Canva. It is fully customisable, and you can tailor it to suit your branding and specific contract details for your business.

It has sections for timelines, project scope, deliverables, payment, confidentiality, ownership, approval, feedback, termination, unforeseen circumstances and signature boxes.
